Saint Raphael’s offers Episcopal priests an opportunity to spend a free weekend at ECCO, the Episcopal Conference Center Oakhurst, to enjoy the beautiful mountain setting in exchange for leading worship at St Raphael’s at 10AM on Sunday. Lodging and meals will be “on the house” at ECCO, for you and your spouse, Friday and Saturday nights. (You may also choose to extend your stay, contact ECCO for availability and pricing.)

ABOUT SAINT RAPHAEL’S St. Raphael’s Episcopal Church at ECCO is a mission church in the Diocese of San Joaquin, and we welcome priests to join us for a Sunday of worship and fellowship.

Saint Raphael’s Episcopal Church at ECCO is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains at the entrance of ECCO, on Highway 41 four miles north of Oakhurst and just twelve miles from the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park.

Episcopalians began worshiping together in Oakhurst as a preaching station in 1888. Saint Raphael’s Episcopal Church at ECCO is used by its regular congregation, and as adjunct meeting and worship space for ECCO programs.
